Dragon Pillar, Black & Spawn of Dahak
Upon the cliffside, looming above is another Dragon Pillar, this one Black in color, with the only way up the cliff-face is to climb the treacherous face, or make their way around, which the party decided on…
The Black Dragon Pillar, apparently immune to the fireball erupting upon it, repeatedly struck the Regulators, but its power was resisted for all but one single time where Kane was blinded for a brief moment in battle, while Jegan, G’roynn Ironshaft, and Kapprenakiz (Kapp) dealt with the Spawn of Dahak, a mutated dragon baboon like creature of unnatural magical origins. Bru-shlee with his keen wit and mighty athleticism was able to reach the Dragon Pillar and once again topple it, breaking it apart, thus disabling it completely. Kapprenakiz (Kapp) for good measure smashed the skull after taking the two large top fangs from it.
Jungle Camping
The Regulators traveled eastward on their way towards the Cinderclaw’s mining operation, but stopped at dusk, with G’roynn Ironshaft securing a fine location to set up camp. Tents and mosquito protection secured, the PCs sat around the fire discussing the recent events, consuming their rations and water.

Cinderclaw Mining Camp
Tired from the day’s expeditious travel through the Mwangi Jungle, the Regulators return to the Cinderclaw Mining Camp in the darkness of night, much quieter than before, though several torches were lit. Making their way through the camp, the party discovered several Cinderclaws occupying the Sorting Station, and the once buried gold missing! The party enacted a stealthy plan to end the existence of this contingent of Cinderclaws. First taking out the Charau-ka Butcher who was smoking a leafy substance and taking a piss near the foliage outside, then focusing on the remaining three; another Charau-ka Butcher, a Boggard Swampseer, and some other unknown tribal humanoid yet to be identified. No gold bars were found on their bodies nor in the sorting station.
G’roynn Ironshaft followed pronged non-humanoid tracks to the north, with the party close behind up to the top of the hill made from a giant pile of yellowish clay and mud that was dumped here, likely the spoil pile from the nearby mine. With the tracks ending in a heap of disturbed muddy mess from the rain, the ground began to rumble as three giant arachnids burst out of the ground and attacked the PCs! However, these Mud Spiders were no real match for the party, though they could take a beating, it was only a matter of time till the party would be victorious. Discovered on each large spider was one gold bar each, showing some intelligence and attraction to the shiny metal.
Rest for the Weary
Exhausted after battling the Mud Spiders, the Regulators barricaded themselves in the sorting station to get a much needed long night’s secure rest, a luxury for this part of the jungle to be certain.
